Billboard chart-topping Gospel artist, producer, performer, and author, Anthony Evans, is back with a powerful new single, “Even If,” which marks the lead track from his highly anticipated album, “REVIVE,” set to launch globally in early 2024. This release comes after Evans’ 2020 album “Altared,” which secured his second consecutive #1 spot on the Billboard Gospel Album chart.
After a brief hiatus from creating new music, “REVIVE” stands as a heartfelt testament to Anthony Evans’ journey back to a resilient and enduring faith following a season marked by personal loss, heartache, and doubt. Listen to Even If On Krazyfi
“Even If” is a soul-stirring composition that starts slow but builds into an exultant chorus. The song carries a powerful message of praise and unwavering hope, even when circumstances appear bleak. Evans describes it as a song for anyone who has felt abandoned by God or struggled with doubt. It serves as a reminder that, despite our feelings, God’s goodness remains steadfast, even in the face of daunting challenges.
Evans, known not only for his music but also for his vocal contracting and arranging talents, took a break from his personal music projects to focus on his mental, spiritual, and personal well-being. During this time, he contributed his vocal production skills to live events and worked with some of the industry’s biggest names, including DJ Khaled, Kanye West, Pharrell Williams, 2Chainz, Tyler The Creator, Kirk Franklin, and Tori Kelly.
In the upcoming fall season, Anthony Evans will take on the role of official spokesperson for the international relief and advocacy organization, Food for the Hungry, during “The Reunion Tour.” He’ll join fellow artists like Kirk Franklin, Tye Tribbett, The Clark Sisters, David and Tamela Mann, and Israel Houghton in a nationwide arena tour that kicks off on September 28 in Bridgeport, Connecticut, and visits major cities across the country before concluding on November 24 in Fort Worth, Texas.
In 2024, Evans will also be actively promoting his album, “REVIVE,” as part of “Fervent,” a touring event he co-hosts with his sister, NY Times bestselling author and actress Priscilla Shirer. Additionally, “Kingdom Legacy Live,” an event inspired by the words of his mother, will make a return in 2024, featuring his father, Dr. Tony Evans, and siblings Chrystal Evans Hurst, Priscilla Evans, and Jonathan Evans. The first “Kingdom Legacy Live” program in 2023 drew over 6,000 attendees, demonstrating the enduring impact of the Evans family’s legacy in inspiring faith and hope through music and ministry.
